You can book an appointment by logging into your patient portal and selecting "Book Appointment" from the dashboard, or by calling our central line at (800) 123-4567.
I forgot my portal password. How do I reset it?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
How do I submit my insurance information?
Go to the "Profile" section in your portal, select "Insurance," and you can either upload a photo of your card or enter the policy details manually.
Where can I find my lab results?
Lab results are typically available within 48 hours. You can view them under the "Health Records" tab in the patient portal or mobile app.
What are your operating hours?
Our administrative offices are open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. The clinic is open Mon-Sat 8am-8pm. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7.
