Section 4: Prohibited Behavior

Introduction

All users are expected to interact with honesty, kindness, and respect. LoveLink reserves the right to interpret and enforce these guidelines at our sole discretion, taking into account the context, severity, and cumulative history of violations.

4.1 Harassment, Threats, or Abuse

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or intimidation. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Verbal, emotional, or physical threats directed at other users or staff
• Stalking, persistent unwanted contact, or doxxing
• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory remarks based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or national origin
• Sexual harassment, unsolicited explicit messages, or coercive behavior
• Bullying, intimidation, or public shaming

4.2 Fraud, Scams, & Misrepresentation

Trust is the foundation of LoveLink. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake, bot, or impersonated profiles
• Misrepresenting identity, age, relationship status, or intentions
• Financial scams, including romance fraud, investment schemes, or emergency money requests
• Soliciting gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial transactions outside approved channels
• Using stolen photos, identities, or personal information

4.3 Inappropriate or Explicit Content

LoveLink is designed for respectful dating and relationship-building. The following content is not permitted:

• Sexually explicit photos, videos, or messages in profiles or private chats
• Non-consensual sharing of intimate images or recordings
• Solicitation of prostitution or adult services
• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Illegal substances or related activities

4.4 Spam, Automation, & Commercial Activity

To preserve the authenticity of our community, automated or commercial exploitation is prohibited:

• Bulk messaging, unsolicited promotions, or advertising
• Use of bots, scrapers, automated tools, or third-party dating software
• Selling products, services, or membership upgrades outside LoveLink
• Mass liking, matching, or contact requests designed to manipulate algorithms
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or gain unfair advantage

4.5 Privacy & Data Violations

Protecting user data and personal boundaries is a core principle. Prohibited actions include:

• Sharing, publishing, or distributing other users' personal information without explicit consent
• Recording conversations, video calls, or screen content without mutual agreement
• Circumventing privacy settings, blocks, or account restrictions
• Attempting to hack, phish, or gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

4.6 Illegal Activities

LoveLink strictly prohibits any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
• Child exploitation or endangerment (zero tolerance; immediately reported to authorities)
• Drug trafficking, weapons trade, or organized crime facilitation
• Any activity that poses a threat to public safety or national security

Enforcement & Penalties

When a violation is identified or reported, LoveLink will conduct a thorough review. Depending on the severity and frequency of the offense, we may take the following actions:

• Immediate removal of violating content or profile elements
• Temporary suspension (24 hours to 30 days) with a warning
• Permanent account termination and device/IP restrictions
• Cooperation with law enforcement and reporting to relevant authorities
• Publication of safety alerts or community warnings when necessary

We reserve the right to appeal or reverse decisions based on new evidence. Users will be notified of enforcement actions via email and in-app notifications.

How to Report Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately. All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed by our Safety & Trust team.

False or malicious reports may result in account review. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping LoveLink safe and welcoming for everyone.
