6. Safety & Offline Meetings

While LoveLink prioritizes user safety through verification tools, reporting mechanisms, and safety resources, you acknowledge that:

• We cannot verify every User, and misrepresentation may occur.
• We do not control offline interactions between Users.
• You assume all risks associated with meeting other Users in person.

Safety Recommendations

We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in public places for initial dates.
• Informing friends or family of your whereabouts.
• Using in-app video chat before meeting in person.
• Trusting your instincts and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Not sharing financial information or sending money to other Users.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the Content you submit. By posting Content, you grant LoveLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

LoveLink's Intellectual Property

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilation methods, is owned by LoveLink and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium Features

LoveLink offers optional paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information.
• Authorize automatic renewal charges unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Pay any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

Cancellations & Refunds

9. Termination

• Failure of performance or errors in the Service.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
