You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or share on LoveLink (photos, bios, messages, videos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant LoveLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You represent that you hold all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property. LoveLink reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy or applicable laws.

Content Restrictions

• Unauthorized use of celebrity, trademarked, or copyrighted imagery
• AI-generated content misrepresented as original photography
• Reproduction of proprietary LoveLink UI/UX elements
• Scraped or aggregated profile data for commercial datasets

4. AI & Algorithmic Intellectual Property

LoveLink’s proprietary matching engine, recommendation algorithms, behavioral analysis models, and neural network architectures constitute trade secrets and copyrighted software. These systems are developed exclusively by LoveLink and licensed internally under strict confidentiality agreements.

Key protected components include:

1. Compatibility Scoring Engine (CSE v4.2) – Multi-factor behavioral and preference modeling
2. Conversation AI Moderator – Real-time sentiment and safety analysis
3. Profile Optimization Recommender – Machine learning-driven photo and bio ranking
