Payment processing fees are deducted per transaction when a backer pledges. Platform fees are only charged if your campaign is successfully funded and the campaign ends. If you don't reach your goal, you keep 100% of your funds minus processing fees.
We operate on an all-or-nothing model by default. If your campaign ends without reaching its goal, no platform fees are charged, and all funds are automatically refunded to backers. You only pay standard payment processing fees per transaction.
Absolutely not. RaiseIt is free to use. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or hidden charges. We only make money when you succeed, which aligns our incentives with yours.
Once your campaign successfully ends and funds are collected (typically 3-5 business days), we automatically initiate payouts to your verified bank account. Standard payouts take 7 days, or you can opt for Early Payout for a small 1% fee.
Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Pro or Enterprise at any time. Platform fees are calculated based on your active plan at the time of each pledge. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
