đ§ Troubleshooting Common Issues
If captions appear but are out of sync, your internet connection or device clock may be causing timing drift. Follow the steps below.
Captions Won't Turn On
- Ensure you're not in DVD/ISO mode (some legacy players hide CC).
- Verify that captions are available for your specific title (older third-party content may lack SDH).
- Try switching languages or toggling Auto mode.
Text is Blurry or Overlapping
- Reduce text size in Subtitle Appearance.
- Enable Background and set opacity to 80%.
- On Smart TVs, ensure your TV's "Enhance Subtitles" or "Clear Captions" setting isn't overriding the app.
