3. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe, inclusive, and clinically responsible environment, the following conduct is strictly prohibited across all VitaWell channels:
- Medical Misrepresentation: Impersonating a licensed healthcare professional, or providing unverified medical diagnoses, treatment advice, dosage recommendations, or prescription guidance.
- Harmful Content: Sharing information that promotes unsafe practices, disordered eating, extreme dieting, toxic supplementation, or any behavior that may cause physical, psychological, or emotional harm.
- Harassment & Discrimination: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward users, staff, or practitioners based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
- Privacy Violations: Disclosing personal health information (yours or othersâ) without explicit consent, attempting to access, scrape, or misuse protected user data, or circumventing privacy controls.
- Commercial Spam & Unauthorized Marketing: Posting unsolicited promotional material, affiliate links, third-party wellness products, or recruitment content without prior written authorization from VitaWell management.
- System Abuse: Attempting to bypass security measures, automate access (bots/scrapers), reverse-engineer platforms, distribute malware, or disrupt service availability and integrity.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, redistributing, or monetizing VitaWell proprietary content, course materials, or branding without explicit licensing agreements.

- Removal of user-generated content or community privileges
- Cancellation of bookings, subscriptions, or service agreements without refund
- Referral to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities when laws or regulations are violated
VitaWell reserves the right to investigate all reported incidents, preserve relevant data, and determine appropriate corrective measures. We may also cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required by law.
