5. Payments & Refunds
All fees for subscriptions, courses, or one-time services must be paid in advance. By subscribing, you authorize VitaWell to charge your designated payment method at the intervals and rates specified. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to review based on usage and program completion. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for abusive or fraudulent cancellation patterns.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services responsibly and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes: impersonating others, posting harmful or defamatory content, harassing practitioners or other members, reverse-engineering our platforms, or using automated bots to access wellness resources. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VitaWell and its affiliates, practitioners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
