1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to VoyageLux Travel & Hospitality. These Booking Conditions govern all reservations, inquiries, and transactions made through our website, mobile applications, or direct communications with our agents. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
VoyageLux reserves the right to update these conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our travel specialists. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email containing your reservation details and a unique booking reference.
- Deposits: Most luxury packages require an initial deposit of 25–50% of the total package value at the time of booking, as specified during checkout.
- Final Payment: Remaining balances are due 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
- Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), wire transfers, and verified digital payment platforms. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
- Currency & Taxes: Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. All applicable taxes, airport fees, and service charges are included unless explicitly marked as extra.
Incorrect pricing, descriptions, or availability resulting from typographical errors or data feed delays may be corrected. In such cases, you will be notified before any charges are processed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with operational commitments to third-party suppliers. Refunds are processed within 14–21 business days following approval.

Non-refundable elements include airport transfers, exclusive experience bookings, and certain flight/hotel rates marked as "Non-Refundable" at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
4. Amendments & Changes
Requests to modify travel dates, guest names, or itinerary components are subject to supplier availability and pricing variations at the time of the change.
- Guest Name Corrections: Minor typographical corrections (up to 3 characters) are free of charge. Full name changes require a new booking and may incur rebooking fees.
- Date Changes: Permitted up to 45 days prior to departure. Subject to difference in price and a $150 administrative fee per reservation.
- Itinerary Upgrades: Complimentary upgrades (e.g., room category, meal plans) are subject to availability and never guaranteed.
5. Travel Documentation & Requirements
VoyageLux is not responsible for verifying individual travel documentation. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid and required documents for their itinerary.
- Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended date of departure.
- Visas, entry permits, yellow fever certificates, or other health documentation must be obtained in accordance with destination country regulations.
- Travelers are responsible for verifying airline and accommodation policies regarding unaccompanied minors, pets, and special assistance requirements.
Failure to present required documentation may result in denied boarding, entry, or accommodation without liability to VoyageLux. We recommend consulting official government travel advisories and embassies well in advance.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
VoyageLux acts as an intermediary and booking agent on behalf of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). While we exercise due diligence in vetting partners, we are not liable for service failures, substandard accommodations, or supplier insolvency.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government travel bans, or extreme weather conditions.
In such events, VoyageLux will use commercially reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives or process refunds for unused services, excluding non-refundable supplier costs. Travel insurance is strongly advised to mitigate financial risk.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data collected during booking is used solely for reservation fulfillment, customer communication, and service improvement.
- We share necessary details only with verified suppliers to complete your itinerary.
- Sensitive data (payment details, passports) is encrypted and never stored longer than legally required.
- You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time via our support portal.
8. Dispute Resolution
These conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our Customer Experience team.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in New York County, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waivers and jury trial waivers apply unless explicitly prohibited by local law.
