VoyageLux provides curated luxury travel planning, hotel and accommodation reservations, flight bookings, private transfers, guided tours, wellness retreats, and 24/7 travel concierge services. Our platform may aggregate third-party supplier offerings to create seamless travel experiences.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect confirmed bookings.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method to make bookings through our platform.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete personal and payment information during checkout.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors in good faith before confirmation.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed by authorized third-party payment gateways. VoyageLux does not store full credit card details on our servers.
- Invoicing: Digital invoices and booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided upon successful payment.
4. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the service type, supplier terms, and fare class selected. General guidelines include:
- Flights: Governed by airline-specific fare rules. Refunds, if applicable, may be issued as travel credits or original payment refunds per carrier policy.
- Hotels & Accommodations: Cancellations made within the specified grace period (typically 48–72 hours prior to check-in) may qualify for full or partial refunds. Late cancellations may incur penalties equivalent to one night's stay or full package value.
- Tours & Experiences: Non-refundable deposits may apply. Modifications must be requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or airline groundings.
5. User Responsibilities & Conduct
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all local laws, customs, and immigration requirements at your destination.
- Respect the property, staff, and guests of our partnered hotels, resorts, and service providers.
- Refrain from using our platform for fraudulent, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.
- Secure your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Provide accurate health and travel documentation when required by destination regulations.
VoyageLux reserves the right to terminate bookings or restrict platform access for users who violate these conduct standards or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or partners.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the VoyageLux platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, itineraries, software code, and design elements, is the exclusive property of VoyageLux or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Limited use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
VoyageLux acts as a travel intermediary and concierge service. While we strive to verify all supplier information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyageLux shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from travel disruptions.
- Loss of personal property, injury, or illness incurred during travel.
- Service failures, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, or external partners.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and loss of belongings.
8. Third-Party Links & Partners
Our platform may contain links to external websites or partner services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. VoyageLux assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.
Transactions completed through partner channels are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We advise users to review such agreements before proceeding.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York City, NY. Class action waivers apply to individual arbitration proceedings.

VoyageLux reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or prominent banner on our homepage. Continued use of our Services following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
