Transparent Pricing & Billing
You have the right to clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. All charges will be detailed in your monthly invoice, and you will receive advance notice before any billing cycle changes.
Cancellation & Termination
- No Lock-in Contracts: All plans operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
- Grace Period: Your services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation.
- Data Handover: Upon termination, we will securely transfer or delete your site data per your instructions within 14 business days.
Refund Policy
Wp Admin offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're unsatisfied with our services within the first two weeks, contact our support team for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on unused service days, subject to our terms of service.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services to improve security, performance, or compliance. However, you have the right to receive at least 30 days' written notice before any material changes to our service offerings or pricing structure.

3. Response & Resolution
- We acknowledge all requests within 3 business days.
- Standard processing time is 30 calendar days, extended to 60 days for complex requests.
- You will receive written confirmation of action taken or reasons for any delays.
If you believe your rights have been violated or are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
