📜 Guidelines & Citation Requirements
All research access is governed by the following academic integrity and data preservation standards:
- Redistribution of raw archival data to commercial or public repositories requires explicit written permission.
- All publications must cite: 1990 Web Archive. (Year). "Title of Dataset/Collection." Access Token: [Provided].
- Rate limits are enforced to preserve server integrity. Academic tier: 120 req/min. Institutional: Custom negotiated.
- Personal data, private emails, and unlinked private directories are automatically redacted in compliance with archival ethics.
- Researchers must submit a brief outcome report upon project completion to support archive funding & preservation grants.
