Our Commitment to Integrity
Aevum Zenth maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, corruption, safety violations, discrimination, and any conduct that breaches applicable laws or our internal Code of Ethics. We encourage all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to report suspected misconduct through our independent, secure channels.

What Should Be Reported
Reports may include, but are not limited to:
- Financial fraud, accounting irregularities, or SEC/regulatory violations
- Bribery, corruption, or conflicts of interest
- Workplace harassment, discrimination, or retaliation
- Health, safety, or environmental violations
- Data privacy breaches or cybersecurity incidents
- Abuse of corporate assets or intellectual property theft
- Misrepresentation in public filings or investor communications
If you are unsure whether an issue warrants reporting, submit it. All reports are triaged by our independent compliance team.

Aevum Zenth strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports suspected misconduct or participates in an investigation. Our protection framework includes:
Anti-Retaliation Guarantee: No termination, demotion, harassment, or adverse employment action will be taken against good-faith reporters.
Strict Confidentiality: Identity and report details are disclosed only on a strict need-to-know basis to authorized investigators.
Independent Investigation: All reports are reviewed by the Office of General Counsel or an appointed third-party auditor, separate from routine management.
Legal Recourse: If you believe retaliation has occurred, you may contact our Employee Relations Hotline or seek external legal counsel. We cooperate fully with regulatory bodies.
