Frequently Asked Questions

Who can create a student organization? โ–ผ
Any active EduVerse learner can propose and register a student organization. You'll need a minimum of 5 founding members and a clear mission statement to get approved.
Are there fees to join or lead an organization? โ–ผ
No. Membership is completely free for all students. Leading an organization also has no costs, and approved groups can apply for event funding and resource grants.
How are organizations monitored and supported? โ–ผ
Each group is paired with a community advisor who provides guidance on events, compliance, and growth. We also offer dedicated dashboard tools for member management and scheduling.
Can I be part of multiple organizations? โ–ผ
Yes! You can join up to 5 active organizations simultaneously. Leadership roles in more than one group are allowed as long as you can maintain commitment to each.
Do organizations earn certifications or credit? โ–ผ
While org participation doesn't grant academic credit, leaders and active members earn verified digital badges for leadership, event hosting, and community impact that look great on resumes and LinkedIn.
