Common questions about our fees and pricing structure

No. MarketFlow prides itself on complete fee transparency. The only charges you'll see are the transaction fee (based on your category and plan), a small per-transaction fee, and standard payment processing fees. You'll see a complete fee breakdown before confirming any sale — no surprises.

Transaction fees are only charged when a sale is successfully completed and the buyer has confirmed receipt (or the buyer protection period has passed). If a buyer cancels or a dispute results in a refund, no transaction fee is charged.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your seller dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees or commitments.

If a buyer requests a refund and it's approved, the transaction fee is reversed and credited back to your account. Payment processing fees for refunded transactions are typically non-refundable by the payment provider, but Professional and Enterprise sellers receive partial fee credits for high-volume refund situations.

Buyers can pay using credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and domestic bank transfers (ACH). All payments are processed securely through our integrated gateway, and funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery.

No. Buyer protection and dispute resolution are included at no extra cost. Our team handles all disputes fairly, and we've designed our system to protect both buyers and sellers. There are no filing fees or additional charges for using our dispute resolution process.

The transaction fee percentage remains the same for international sales. However, international payment processing fees are slightly higher (3.9% + $0.30 for cards vs 2.9% + $0.30 for domestic). Additionally, a currency conversion fee of 1.5% + $0.25 applies when converting between currencies.
