Most pets can begin foundational training between 6-12 months, once they've completed core vaccinations and basic socialization. Conformation shows typically require pets to be at least 1 year old, while agility often starts around 12-18 months to protect developing joints. Our assessment will determine the optimal start date for your pet.
Yes! We offer specialized prep for cat shows (TICA, CFA, FIFe) focusing on grooming standards, temperament building, and calm ring handling. Cat prep emphasizes gentle desensitization and breed-specific presentation techniques.
For championship-level results, we recommend 3-4 structured sessions per week combined with daily home practice. Our trainers will provide a customized home drill sheet and video tutorials to reinforce skills between sessions. Consistency matters more than duration.
