Cancellations must be submitted through your booking dashboard, via email, or by contacting our 24/7 concierge team. Refund eligibility depends on the timeframe relative to your scheduled departure date and the specific terms of your selected package.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Submitting a request is straightforward:

  1. Log in to your VoyageLux Dashboard and navigate to "My Bookings".
  2. Select the reservation and click "Request Cancellation".
  3. Choose your preferred resolution (Cash Refund or Travel Credit) and submit.
  4. Alternatively, email support@voyagelux.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
  5. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Partial cancellations are permitted, but the refund amount will be calculated based on the per-person rate and applicable cancellation fees. The remaining guests' reservations remain active.

Travel credits are automatically applied to your account. Simply log in, select your next destination, and apply the credit at checkout. Credits can be combined with new payments but cannot be exchanged for cash.

If your trip is impacted by airline disruptions, contact us immediately. We will coordinate rebooking on alternative flights or adjust your itinerary at no extra cost. Refunds follow the provider's liability terms.

Hotel cancellation terms vary by property. Most of our 5-star partners allow free cancellation up to 48–72 hours before check-in. Specific terms are clearly displayed during checkout.
