Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

No! All membership tiers include unlimited concierge requests. Whether you need one reservation per month or fifty — your dedicated concierge is here to help with every request. Third-party costs (flights, hotels, tickets) are billed separately at preferred partner rates.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your tier at any time with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your membership in full.

What if I need help outside of normal business hours?

Our concierge team operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether it's a flight cancellation at 3 AM or a last-minute birthday celebration in Tokyo, your dedicated concierge or our on-call team will be available to assist you immediately.

Can I share my membership with family or friends?

Gold members can add one family member at no extra cost. Platinum members can include up to three additional family members. For friends or colleagues, we offer referral programs where you can share your membership benefits temporarily through our guest access feature.

Are there any destinations or services you can't arrange?

With over 20 years in luxury travel and partnerships spanning 150+ countries, our reach is truly global. While we can arrange virtually any legal request, certain restricted or sanctioned destinations may have limitations. Your concierge will always be upfront about what's possible and find creative alternatives when needed.
