Submission Guidelines
Understanding our preservation workflow ensures faster archival and higher fidelity snapshots.
URL Accessibility
Ensure the target URL is publicly accessible. Sites behind modern authentication walls, CAPTCHAs, or paywalls cannot be crawled automatically. Provide session tokens if applicable.
Local Files
Uploading local HTML/GIFs is ideal for offline or defunct sites. Keep directory structures intact. Zip files are supported up to 500MB per submission.
Processing Time
Standard submissions are processed within 24 hours. Complex frames-based sites or heavy multimedia portals may require manual reconstruction and take up to 72 hours.
