Original Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Hygiene items like gloves are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item
Start a Request
Log in to your account, go to "Order History," and click "Return Item" for the product you need to send back.
Get a Label
Select the reason for return. If approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label (for defects) or a return shipping code.
Ship It Back
Package the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location. Keep your tracking receipt.
Get Refunded
Once we inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. No hidden fees.

Where does the refund go?
Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment used at checkout. If you used a promo code, the value will be restored to your account.
Restocking Fees
Standard returns may incur a small 10% restocking fee to cover handling costs. This fee is waived if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened tool belts, gloves, and safety gear.
- Chemicals, fluids, and aerosols once opened.
- Digital downloads and video course access.
- Custom-order or personalized products.

Yes, you can open the packaging to inspect the tool. However, the tool itself must remain unused. Please keep the original packaging intact, as we may require it for the return shipment.
If you receive a second defective item, contact us immediately. We will ship a third replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid label for the second return, or process a full refund including shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns for tools that show signs of wear, damage, or usage. Tools must be in original, resalable condition. Safety items like gloves or fluids opened for use cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales for video tutorials and downloadable guides are final. However, if the content fails to load or is corrupted, please contact support for a replacement file or credit.
