Fees are only charged when an item successfully sells. We never charge listing fees on the Professional and Enterprise plans, and the Starter plan includes 100 free listings per month.
We do not charge commissions or payment processing fees on refunded or cancelled orders. If a refund occurs, any previously deducted fees are automatically reversed and credited to your balance.
Payouts are processed automatically to your linked bank account or payment method. Starter sellers receive payouts every 7 days, Professional every 3 days, and Enterprise sellers can request custom or instant payout schedules.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan instantly from your Seller Dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and commissions are prorated based on your active plan during each sale.
