Paws Source was born in 2019 when our founder, Dr. Maya Patel, struggled to find reliable, affordable veterinary consultations for her rescue dog, Oliver. We offer three tiers: Starter ($19/mo) includes basic nutrition guides and 2 vet consultations/month. Pro ($49/mo) adds unlimited vet access, monthly grooming, and a 20% store discount. Elite ($89/mo) includes everything plus VIP boarding, quarterly photo shoots, and a dedicated pet concierge. All plans include our free community access.

Absolutely. Our AI-powered Pet Profile learns from your pet's breed, age, weight, allergies, activity level, and health history. It also adapts over time based on your feedback and your pet's evolving needs. Every recommendation is reviewed by our veterinary panel for safety and efficacy.

We donate 5% of every subscription dollar to verified animal rescue organizations. We also run seasonal adoption drives, host fundraising events, and offer free grooming days for shelter pets. To date, we've donated over $2 million to shelters nationwide and helped place over 3,000 pets in loving homes.

Yes! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
