Founded in 1987 by the Delacroix family, Terroir Cocoa is a vertically integrated cacao farm and artisan chocolate maker based in Ecuador's Napo Valley. We cultivate over 20 fine-flavor cacao varieties across 200 acres of volcanic highlands, fermenting and roasting in small batches to preserve terroir-specific flavor profiles.
Our mission centers on regenerative agriculture, fair-trade economics, and preserving heirloom cacao genetics. Every bar is single-origin, carbon-neutral, and awarded for excellence in craft.
Includes detailed leadership bios, supply chain breakdown, sustainability metrics, press contacts, and product line specifications.
