Select whether you're signing up as a Buyer, Seller, or Both. You can change this anytime later.
Enter Your Details
Provide your email address, create a strong password, and verify your email through the confirmation link we'll send you.
Verify Your Identity (Sellers Only)
If you plan to sell, complete identity verification by uploading a government-issued ID. This protects both buyers and sellers.
Pro Tip
Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for extra security. It takes less than a minute to set up.
Account Types Explained
Buyer accounts let you browse, search, and purchase products. Seller accounts give you access to listing tools, analytics dashboards, and payout settings. A Both account gives you full access to all features.
Complete Your Profile
A complete profile builds trust with other users and helps you get the most from MarketFlow. Verified profiles are shown first in search results and receive a Verified Badge checkmark.
Profile Photo
Upload a clear, recent photo. Sellers should use a professional headshot or business logo.
Bio & Description
Write a short bio. Sellers should describe what they sell, their expertise, and shipping regions.
Location
Add your city and country. This helps buyers find local sellers and estimate shipping times.
Social Links
Connect your Instagram, website, or other social profiles for added credibility.
Verification
Complete phone and email verification to earn your Verified Seller or Buyer badge.
Notification Preferences

MarketFlow uses a secure escrow system â buyer payments are held safely until the item is delivered and accepted. This protects both parties in every transaction.

How the Escrow System Works
1. Buyer pays â MarketFlow holds funds in escrow
2. Seller ships â Tracking updates sent to buyer
3. Buyer receives â 24-hour auto-accept period begins
4. Resolution â Buyer confirms OR auto-releases after 24h
5. Payout â Seller receives (price â commission) to bank account
Dispute Resolution
If a buyer reports an issue within the 24-hour window, our Support Team reviews the case. We consider tracking data, listing accuracy, and communication history to make a fair decision.
