What Makes Our HIIT Different?

Forget mindless spinning. IronForge HIIT is structured around metabolic conditioning principles, alternating between maximum effort bursts and active recovery. Each session is meticulously programmed to maximize EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption), meaning you burn calories for hours after you leave.

HIIT FAQ

I'm a complete beginner. Is this class too intense?
Not at all. Every exercise in our HIIT program has a scaled modification. Our coaches actively monitor form and encourage you to work at your own capacity. Most beginners find that the structured rest periods make it highly manageable.
How often should I attend HIIT classes?
We recommend 2–3 times per week for optimal recovery and results. HIIT is demanding on the CNS, so alternating with strength training, yoga, or active recovery days is ideal for long-term progress.
What equipment should I bring?
Just yourself, a water bottle, and a towel. All necessary equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, mats) is provided at your assigned station before class starts.
Can I do this class if I have joint issues?
Our low-impact HIIT variations eliminate jumping and high-stress plyometrics while maintaining metabolic intensity. Inform the coach beforehand so they can guide you through joint-friendly modifications.
